This Privacy Policy explains how Boostigo ("Boostigo", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our websites (including boostigo.net and boostigo.io), our services, and our mobile applications, including our Health & Gym app, E-commerce Store app and POS system (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, account credentials, and any details you submit when you contact us, create an account, place an order or use our apps.
- Order and transaction information: products purchased, amounts, payment status and delivery details. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Health & fitness information (Health & Gym app only): workout logs, activity, body measurements and nutrition data you choose to enter or sync. This data is used only to provide app features to you.
- Device and usage information: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, approximate location derived from IP, crash logs and how you interact with the Services.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Services and fulfil your orders.
- To create and secure your account and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To communicate with you about orders, support requests and important updates.
- To improve performance, fix problems and develop new features.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing of information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Services (such as hosting, payment processing, analytics and messaging), only as needed for them to perform those services, or when required by law. If you use one of our apps on behalf of a business (for example a gym or a store using our POS), that business may also have access to the information related to your use of its services.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at info@boostigo.net.
7. Account and data deletion
To delete your account and associated data from any Boostigo app, use the in-app delete option where available, or email info@boostigo.net from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.
8. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
