These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, services and mobile applications provided by Boostigo ("Boostigo", "we", "us"), including boostigo.net, boostigo.io, and our apps (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Boostigo provides live-streaming agency services, media and marketing services, custom web and mobile software development, software products (including our POS system, Health & Gym app and E-commerce Store app), and an online store for digital goods.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Digital goods and orders

Digital goods (such as in-app currency top-ups, gift cards and subscriptions) are delivered electronically to the account or ID you provide. Please check details carefully before ordering.
Because digital goods are delivered instantly, completed orders are generally non-refundable, except where delivery failed or where required by law.
Third-party platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Boostigo is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with those platforms unless stated.

4. Client projects

Custom development, media and agency work is governed by a separate written agreement or quotation that defines scope, timeline, fees and ownership. In case of conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, committing fraud, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

6. Health & fitness disclaimer

Content in our Health & Gym app is for general information and fitness tracking only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design and content, are owned by Boostigo or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boostigo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
